Lorena Gutiérrez brings FisherBroyles México more than two decades of experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership. As Chief Financial Officer, she plays a critical role in building and maintaining the firm’s financial infrastructure to support its rapid and sustainable growth.
She oversees all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and treasury operations, while ensuring full compliance with local and international accounting and tax regulations. Beyond managing day-to-day financial operations, she drives innovation through the adoption of advanced financial systems and data-driven decision-making, implements robust internal controls and risk management frameworks, and fosters transparency in partner compensation and billing processes.
She also manages key relationships with banks and external advisors, while providing the executive team with actionable insights that shape the firm’s strategic direction. Her leadership ensures that FisherBroyles México remains financially strong, operationally agile, and aligned with the firm’s inclusive, forward-thinking culture under the Law Firm 2.0® model.

The FisherBroyles Members engage in coordinated international legal practice and may share certain support services but are separate legal entities, each of which is solely responsible for its own work and is not responsible for the work of any other FisherBroyles Member. You also agree that your relationship is not with any individual who is a member, employee, or consultant (including anyone we call a partner) of the Contracting Firm Member, who will therefore assume, to the extent permitted by law, no personal liability to you. Absent the explicit agreement and consent of both entities involved, no FisherBroyles Member is responsible for the acts or omissions of, nor has any authority to obligate or otherwise bind, any other FisherBroyles Member.
