Gustavo Rosiles is an experienced corporate lawyer in Mexico, specializing in corporate legal matters, contract law, and regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of commercial agreements, managing shareholders’ meetings, ensuring compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) and specialized services regulations in Mexico, as well as advising on intellectual property and foreign investment matters.
In addition to his corporate law practice, Gustavo is also a Certified Expert Translator in English-Spanish and Spanish-English translation, authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of Nuevo León. His certification allows him to provide legally valid translations for corporate, legal, and official documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
He also has experience in tax litigation from his early career and a solid understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in Mexico, providing businesses with comprehensive legal insights into compliance and risk management.
