Mr. González-Aguirre is an experienced attorney in Mexican labor and employment law with 20 years of experience advising clients in Mexico and Latam. His practices is mainly focused on the areas of corporate employment advisory (personnel structures, transfer of employees), advice on benefits and compensations packages (performance bonuses, pensions plans, stock options, golden parachutes, garden leaves), expats (secondments and assignments agreements), disciplinary and terminations, employee handbooks and policies, due diligence, Safety and Health, labor and employment training for HR an relevant departments of the companies, restrictive covenants, anti-discrimination and anti-harassment advice and litigation, cross-border transactions, labor aspects of merger and acquisitions, litigation (individual and collective), negotiations with unions, outsourcing schemes, USMCA union and collective compliance, social security and immigration.
