Biography
Claudia Palacios has more than 30 years of experience in diverse areas of law, specializing in civil, commercial and family litigation.
Claudia has participated in all kinds of civil, commercial and familiar litigation cases defending the interests of both the plaintiff and the defendants. At the same time offering orientation and guidance to the clients present in the company.
She also has experience in family law, representing people in diverse family matters.
Claudia recently has been part of a civil liability trial defending an employee who was fired for being HIV positive, obtaining compensation in his favor for moral and punitive damages.
